About Choolackal Heights
 
Choolackal Heights is situated off the Airport Seaport Road near CSEZ (formerly CEPZ).
The first phase consists of five residential row houses of 2010 sqft built up area. The houses have been completed and handed over.
The Second phase of the project consists of fully independent villas with plinth area ranging from 2000 to 3000 sqft. Construction for the second phase has already started.
